Sustainable Tourism Strategic Plan Development in Sierra Leone

Acorn is working with Keios (Italy) and The Journey (South Africa) to develop a Strategic Plan for Sustainable Tourism in Sierra Leone. The Government, through the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs with National Tourism Board, secured support from the World Bank to implement this project.
The result of the consultancy will be a strategic and action-oriented action plan with specific tasks and activities with feasible budgetary capacity for implementation by the Government of Sierra Leone over the next five to ten years.
Acorn will be involved in the project over the period to October 2023 assisting with the development of a system of tourism statistics and measuring the economic impact of tourism.
