Our Sustainable Office - Green Tourism Gold
We love our office! In 2010 we purchased this striking and architecturally unusual building constructed from sustainable local sweet chestnut timber and clad in Douglas fir, located in ancient woodland in the Sussex countryside.
Our eco-office is situated in around 20 hectares of woodland and we are surrounded by beautiful natural forest and nature. Heating for the office is generated onsite via a solid biomass boiler which uses woodchips as fuel sourced from on-site woodland management and chipped at the Centre. This is considered carbon neutral and energy efficient as the boiler serves several premises and has helped us cut down on our heating bills. We are proud to have maintained our EPC rating of A in 2021.
We have received Green Tourism Gold award, recognising our continued efforts to reduce the impact of our office on the environment.

Meeting Room
We have a spacious ground floor meeting room of approximately 500 square feet (50m2) that is available for hire on an hourly or daily basis. This is perfect for meetings of up to 25 people. It is fully equipped with visual presentation equipment, wi-fi, catering facilities, an accessible toilet and ample parking. If you’d like more details just contact us.
