The Falkland Islands - recognised for their efforts in sustainability and excellent good practice

The Falkland Islands were recently selected to the Green Destinations 2021 Top 100 list for their excellent good practice focused on Tourism Reset and Recovery. Read the full story here.
They have also achieved a great level of compliance with the Core Criteria of the Green Destinations Standard, which are evaluated as part of the first step of the Top 100 competition. With the support, guidance and coaching of Acorn Tourism, the Falkland Islands will be continuing to the Green Destinations Awards and Certification Program.
