COVID-19 has impacted the tourism sector almost like no other.  Restrictions on travel have meant that most businesses have temporarily or permanently closed down, or have only been able to operate in a limited capacity.  In turn, this has put tourism administrations in the spotlight, as more than ever before they have been expected to support the sector and ensure they are able to reopen and operate safely when restrictions ease.

We have been assisting destinations on a wide range of COVID-19 related projects, ranging from forecasting the impact the pandemic will have on world tourism, through to projecting the economic impact on destinations based on various scenarios, and assisting with preparing for post-COVID marketing and welcoming visitors again in a “new normal” for travel.
