We undertake the survey, and at the end of each month upload the data onto your T-Stats system, allowing you to have up-to-the-minute findings about visitors, potential visitors, and businesses to and within your destination.
Visitor surveys are invaluable for destinations. Keeping your finger on the pulse with things such as places visited, activities undertaken, length of stay, expenditure and satisfaction are essential for marketing and strategic decisions.
Our solution is to interview at your destination 2+ days a month, generating responses from face-to-face interviews, and uploading the data onto T-Stats to enable you to track changes each month and consequently make rapid decisions depending on the outcomes. You design the questionnaire, so it is specific to your destination.

Those people who are not visiting your destination are almost as interesting as those who are. It is essential to better understand why they are not visiting, what their impressions are, what would encourage them to visit, and so on.
You choose the questions, and who we target – it can be people who have never visited, or those who have previously visited, but not for a given period (1-5 years). The questionnaire would go out to a panel each month, and the findings uploaded onto your T-Stats system.
Business sentiment surveys are useful for tracking tourism sector confidence in your destination. Questions such as:
- Is turnover up/same/down compared to the same month last year?
- Are you more confident than this time last month?
- What external factors are having the most influence on your business?
…help understand the changing conditions in the sector, and allow strategic decisions to be made accordingly.
We would undertake this survey with a sample of local businesses on an ongoing basis and upload the findings each month into your T-Stats system to view.
